Isolation de la toiture
L’isolation de la toiture est essentielle, car elle peut représenter jusqu’à 30 % des pertes énergétiques d’une maison.
- Isolation des combles aménageables : nous isolons entre les chevrons ou sous la toiture avec des matériaux comme la laine de verre, de roche ou des panneaux isolants rigides.
- Isolation des combles perdus : nous appliquons des techniques comme le soufflage de flocons d’isolants ou la pose de rouleaux.
- Isolation par l’extérieur (sarking) : cette méthode efficace conserve l’espace intérieur et optimise les performances thermiques sans compromettre l’étanchéité de la toiture.
Isolation des façades
Les façades sont une autre source importante de déperditions thermiques. Nous proposons :
